Passage New York Spa & Facial [Review] – Celine Chiam | Singapore Lifestyle, Beauty and Travel Blogger
Ladies, have you been pampering yourself enough? School has been rather busy for me, and I find it really tiring and stressful to juggle between studies and blogging. It’s always nice to put aside some time for some pampering session and this time, I gave Passage New York a try.
One of the best things about Passage New York is none other than its location. It’s located in the heart of the CBD area, pretty much between Raffles place MRT and Tanjong Pagar MRT. The address: Address: 133 Cecil Street, #01-01 Keck Seng Tower, Singapore 069535.
The moment I stepped in, I was treated almost like a VIP of the SPA centre. To quote Passage New York, “Passage New York is a luxury beauty brand with a reputation for providing the best in today’s women lifestyle needs.” From “…fashion, bags or beauty for the modern career women in Singapore, [they provide] only the highest quality products and treatments, put together by skilful hands and passionate hearts are good enough for them.”
When I was there, I enjoyed two complimentary spa treatments : a 90mins Body Massage with Body Scrub followed by a 90mins Facial. They are pretty much well-equppied with facilities as shown in the photo:
We started off with a Body Massage and Scrub and it was really all I need. I really needed someone to release the tension in my aching shoulder and neck. In fact before we started the massaging session, the staff actually surveyed me and asked for my preference so as to ensure that the massage is tailored to me needs and preferences. For example, I specified that I wanted the masseur to focus on my shoulder and she actually did.
Time passes really quickly and we proceeded to the facial room, which is a stone’s throw away from the SPA room. Well even though it’s really near, I didn’t quite like the fact that I have to move myself to another room. But I guess we have to understand this point because the facilities and equipments for the two sessions are completely different and unique to each specialty.

The facial is pretty much the same as those facial centres I patronised before, but there’s one thing I am certain about – their aestheticians. You know, facials can only differ by just that little bit, and it always comes with extractions, facial masks or ampules. The differing factor is the skills of the aestheticians and I am personally very satisfied with the aesthetician that served me.

Very horrifying picture of my forehead after the extraction. If you think this is already very bad, wait till you see another photo just right below in this post. Like I’ve mentioned, my skin condition got really really bad after I came back from my 5-months trip, and I’ve already tried my best to maintain my skin. I guess that’s really all I can do, there I’ve been seeking medical help from my clinic (which I will do a thorough post on soon) and MY SKIN HAS GOTTEN MUCH BETTER NOW 😀

Scary like hell? Here’s all the blackheads extracted and the best part of this facial? The aesthetician is so skilful that I experience minimal pain depite such a bad skin condition.
My overall experience at Passage New York was really good. They treated me like a royal visiting their SPA. I was also given a personal consultation and follow-up after the facial, which proved their top notch quality service, justifying their value-for-money services. Would I recommend you to go? Perhaps a pampering session is encouraged, because the service provided here is really homely and classy. You can also come with your sister/mother to enjoy an enjoyable spa session together.
