Today, I have a great tip to share.
For all ladies out there who desire soft supple and moisturised skin, you must not miss LANEIGE’s newly revamped Water Sleeping Mask because it’s just incredibly good. Coming along with this launch is their new LANEIGE Lip Sleeping Mask, and I’ve been used both for quite a while now. Let’s see how this two products perform over a period of trial test on myself!
Just a while back, we have Ms Doreen to give a detailed presentation at W Hotel @ Sentosa Cove, and I have to say this is one of the grandest event ever in my beauty blogger journey. Call me the frog of the well but I’m pretty sure I wasn’t the only one who felt that way. From the moment we stepped into the venue, we were given many small little treats like our mini gifts, getting down to make our our dyed roses and a photo booth to snap away. Without further ado, let’s dive in to see the greatness of the two sleeping masks.
We start off the LANEIGE best selling water sleeping mask, which has more than 16 million bottles of it sold globally since its launch in 2002. Awarded with World Class Product of Korea certification in 2014, I’m pretty sure it’s a great buy.
A leave on mask without the need to rinse off after application, this jelly-textured sleeping mask doesn’t leave too greasy a layer on my skin after application. You will have to allow the mask to be fully absorbed for around 5 mins though!
This year, LANEIGE Water Sleeping Mask is revamped with not only the new name, but also a brand new transition from being a simple functional sleeping mask to one with three exclusive patented technologies that deeply hydrates, sooth and purify your skin as you sleep.
The above scoop of the sleeping mask, which is the size of a ten-cent coin is good enough to cover my whole face. A small amount goes a long way!
The three technologies can be further explained:
1. Purifying: To repair any damages done in the day due to externalities and restore the skin overnight by preventing degeneration of our skin cells. Two key ingredients are helping the process of healing: antioxidant-rich Hunza Apricot extract and skin-healing evening primrose root extract. Clinical demonstration after seven days reveal that the size of pores a 15.5% reduction in appearance and skin showed a 26.3% improvement in radiance.
2. Moisturising: Moisture-rich beta-glucan mineral network helps lock in moisture and stabilises the ingredients delivered into our skin throughout the 8 hours. Clinical results show that after 7 days of use, those who had a good sleep will experience 9.6% improvement in skin moisture!
3. Soothing: Includes natural fragrance like Orange Flower, Rose, Ylang Ylang and Sandalwood Oil to help relax the mind while the sleeping mask restore your skin quality.
I’ve been using the sleeping mask as much as I can remember to apply every single night and I love how it always give me a very moisturised skin the next morning I wake up.

Moving on to the long-waited Lip Sleeping Mask!
Check out the texture of the mask! It’s slightly waxy unlike the usual soft greasy type. It also comes with a spatula in a transparent holder to ensure hygiene.
LANEIGE Lip Sleeping Mask is formulated with vitamin C-rich Berry Mix Complex and Moisture Wrap, the same ingredient found in the Water Sleeping Mask. Both key ingredients help to alleviate dry flaky skin on the lips caused by extreme dryness or the lack of water consumption, which I am very guilty as charge!
I love how the LANEIGE Lip Sleeping Mask forms a protective layer over my lips as seen in the lip swatches below:
The LANEIGE Lip Sleeping Mask also has a thicker texture compared to normal lip balm.
