Following up from my previous post about Pure Color Envy Liquid Lip Potion, ESTÉE LAUDER also introduced new Pure Color Envy Eye Defining Singles with a number of shades that makes you totally spoilt for choices. They come in singles so that you can easily purchase the shades you really like and do the mix and match. Also comes with a tiny applicator and a small in-built mirror, I would say these Pure Color Envy Eye Defining Singles are really handy for people on-the-go!
On this same page, we will also look at ESTÉE LAUDER’s New Sculpting Shadow Brush and how well it complements the eyeshadow singles.
I always find it tricky to apply eyeshadow for single eyelids, but I guess it’s all about experimenting and practicing. For a dummy-proof way to apply eyeshadow, apply a light shade (Magnetic Rose) as the base on the whole of your eyelid. Then, blend a little darker shade (Vain Violet) at the corner and you are pretty much done!
If you prefer to have a more precise eyeshadow look, you may consider ESTÉE LAUDER’s New Sculpting Shadow Brush (S$50). It has a angled tip which can allow you to apply eyeshadow either using the sharpest point or the broadest face of the Sculpting Shadow Brush.
Lo and behold, the swatches for ESTÉE LAUDER Pure Color Envy Eye Defining Singles (S$46).
These pure Color Envy Eye Defining Singles are categorised into four main groups: Brilliance, Velvet, Matte and Luminous, with a total of 24 shades.

So which shade is your favourite? 😉
Well, I picked Magnetic Rose and Vain Voilet!
As you can probably tell, some of the ESTÉE LAUDER Pure Color Envy Eye Defining Singles have really nice intense colour while the lighter ones are slightly harder to see. These eyeshadows contain Advanced True Vision Technology which is a tri-brid formula that combines a cream, powder and gel properties to give you this perfect balance of eyeshadow quality. I do find most of them easy to swatch and nice to blend together.
