When we talk about dehydrated skin, one of the solutions we turn to has to be applying face mask immediately. Sometimes, effective face mask can help rescue your dehydrated skin, or prep it for some important occasion the day after. But do you know of any face masks that are either ineffective, or too rich for your skin? 

Today we’ll be talking about one of the highly raved Brillage mask from est-lab, which has multiple beauty effects which you’ll find out as you read on!

This VitaLift A+ Brillage Mask comes with so many effects, I’m completely bought over! It tackles the three main problems that cause the forming of wrinkles, namely the loss of collagen, hyaluronic acid (HA) and elastin. It also comes with many other functions like moisturising, soothing, cellular repairing and firming, so many goodness packed in one mask! 

Upon removing the packing, I see the mask safely sandwiched between two protective sheets to prevent the loss of nutrients, I suppose. Well at least it’s more hygienic in my opinion. 

This jelly-like face mask is very much different from the normal mask we purchase off the shelves at normal drugstores like Watsons and Guardian. Instead of a paper-like material, this jelly-like face mask is really commendable because it sticks onto my face really well. Surprisingly, there’s no leaking of serum from the face mask at all, unlike how normal masks would. Sometimes, the serum would start to flow down along the face mask if we’re not lying down, but this was never an issue when I used the est-lab VitaLift A+ Brillage Mask. 

Not to forget, this face mask is really thick and soft! Because of its material, it doesn’t fall off from your face.

The result? 

Upon removing the mask, there’s not much excessive serum left on the skin surface as I’ve mentioned earlier, it doesn’t drip off the face mask. A few gentle pats on my face were good enough to further allow my skin to absorb the remaining nutrients into my skin. The instant result was a smooth dewy skin, with a little cooling effect.

The next day, I can see that my face is indeed more hydrated, but not perfectly hydrated. Which is why I understand to maximise its effect, it’s recommended to use the VitaLift A+ face mask twice a week. I believe consistent usage would tackle problems like wrinkles and fine lines effectively.
