Catch Thor The Dark World on 31 October 2013 – Celine Chiam | Singapore Lifestyle, Beauty and Travel Blogger

The first time I got to truly know about Thor this character, was when I watched the movie Avengers. Ever since, I have to admit I am indeed mesmerized by Thor’s (Chris Hemsworth) charisma and charm. His authentic acting skills and facial expressions ought to award him the best candidate for the screenplay of saving the earth and realms while in the midst of a heart-wrenching romance. 

About the movie 

Marvel’s “Thor: The Dark World” continues the big-screen adventures of Thor, the Mighty Avenger, as he battles to save Earth and all the Nine Realms from a shadowy enemy that predates the universe itself. In the aftermath of Marvel’s “Thor” and “Marvel’s The Avengers,” Thor fights to restore order across the cosmos…but an ancient race led by the vengeful Malekith returns to plunge the universe back into darkness. Faced with an enemy that even Odin and Asgard cannot withstand, Thor must embark on his most perilous and personal journey yet, one that will reunite him with Jane Foster and force him to sacrifice everything to save us all. What I enjoy about the Thor series has to be the intelligent plot where Thor has to defend its people and Asgard, against the Dark Elves and his brother – Loki. 

 Adventures aside, Thor is of course no exception in a romantic relationship. In the midst of fighting the enemies, his ultimate goal is to reunite with his lover – Jane Foster (Natalie Portman). I like the romance elements, and I also enjoyed the humorous part of the movie. You’ll understand when you watch the trailer below. 

If you ask me what I will do with Thor’s Mjölnir (his hammer), I will hit all the villains out there!! It may makes me sounds like a vigilante but if the law allows, I will make good use of this Mjölnir and eliminate all bad guys in the world. Haha sorry I need to pull back my imagination that went too wild. 

And I’m sure all the high resolution action fighting will be a good watch.
