Previously I reviewed about this CATALINA Geo’s Color Capsule Make Up Base but in green base, which is more for neutralising red in order to camouflage red cheeks, broken veins and blemishes. Today’s review will talk about its violet base, which is more for offseting sallowness and gives the face a pick me up and healthy glow due to its anti-dulling effect. You’ll be happy to know that it also helps to tone down yellowness of the skin and is ideal for olive or yellow complexions, like most asian skins!
The product seems interesting because it looks like small little color capsules in the transparent bottle, but is well-blended after being dispensed out. These color capsules contain a moisturising and makeup-preserving essence which can keep your skin moisturised even after having makeup on the whole day.
So as you see, the product may seem wet and watery at first but feels so matte after proper application!
To fix skin’s tone, protects it from UV rays and improves skin’s natural color, I reckon this is a good choice!
