Best Hotels in Bali – Celine Chiam | Singapore Lifestyle, Beauty and Travel Blogger

Work life has gotten me craving for more getaways and travels round the year. Southeast Asian countries are within a short distance from our little home Singapore, and countries such as Bangkok, Indonesia, Vietnam and perhaps a little further away like Australia and New Zealand are pretty good choices! I was thinking of visiting Bali one day because of photos like this: bali%2Bbeach

Depending on individual preferences, resort kind of getaways is really all about chilling out and honestly take a break from the very fast pace in our lives. When it comes to such a vacation, all I want is a place that is different, quiet and most importantly, relaxing. There are many parts to a vacation that can achieve serenity and relaxation. The location itself, the people there, the place you stay and the activities available all make up to a perfect vacation. Which is the most important aspects you think it a must-have? To me, the hotel/resort vacation is the most important. Imagine booking your tickets to the dream vacation place, getting everything ready. Your shades, your favourite book, have your plans all rolled out nicely and suddenly you come to a shitty hotel. That’s very unpleasant isn’t it? The place that you stay is so so important, it really makes or breaks your vacation plan! Which is why, finding the best hotel/resort is the most important part of your vacation. Since I am looking at Bali to be my next destination, let’s see what can I find there!

I used Traveloka.com to do my search for the Best Hotels in Bali and come to these few options available on their website.

1.  The Trans Resort Bali

Photos look good isn’t it! That large pool with beach chairs around the pool and an umbrella overhead. I would definitely want to stay in such a resort.

Situated in the middle of the lively and stylish area of Seminyak, The Trans Resort Bali offers a luxurious and elegant getaway with an outdoor swimming pool, on-site spa and wellness centre, free Wi-Fi access, and free on-site private parking for guests who drive. This property also offers free scheduled shuttle service to Seminyak Square Shopping Centre which is only a 10-minute drive away. The%2BTrans%2BResort%2BBali The rooms themselves look decent. Even the most basic rooms are good enough! Coming with a group of friends or family? Villa it is! The%2BTrans%2BResort%2BBali%2Bvilla My apologies for no real life photos because I haven’t been to Bali before… I’m just doing a bit of research here on some of the hotels to stay in Bali!

2. MaxOneHotels at Bukit Jimbaran

Another one that I came across is this one! Oooh the rooftop swimming pool is so relaxing! I wouldn’t mind staying here at MaxOneHotels (Bukit Jimbaran)

I guess there are many other hotels and villas available in Bali as long as you do a thorough search online. The first thing you should do is to fix the location you’re heading then search the villas and hotels around the location. Perhaps some good pointers to think of: 1. Location 2. Shopping 3. Food availability 4. Hotel rating 5. Hotel review 6. Hotel facilities 7. Hotel accessibility You can tell there’s a lot of criteria to deciding the hotel for your stay! Searches can be done much easier with the help of search engines like http://www.traveloka.com/. They have tripadvisor support in built in it so you can easily read reviews on the hotels before booking them. Search engines like this might have cheaper hotel rates at times but do remember to compare prices before you book! What would be your pick for a hotel in Bali? 🙂 Thanks for reading! ❤ Love, Celine
