Summer essentials with belif's new Sun Protection series
5/20/2015
It was a small and cozy session with just a few beauty bloggers at its #belifSummerYogaRetreat. Before the yoga session began, we have our dear Cheryl again to explain to us the uses and efficacies of belif's new sun protection collection.
Can't help to feel really great and refreshed after a good yoga session at TheYogaCo. Here's a group shot with some of our dear friends!

Almighty Sun Powder SPF 50+/PA+++, SGD43 |
First up, we have the Almighty Sun Powder which acts more like a translucent powder to eliminate any excess shine caused by our oil sebum. When our skin gets exposed to the sun for quite some time, our sebum secretes excessive oil which renders really unsightly look like oily skin. So to save the day, a translucent powder which comes with SUN PROTECTION like the Almighty Sun Powder is nothing but perrrrfect! Who doesn't love duo-function makeup products like this one? :)
As you can tell from the photo above, the Almighty Sun Powder doesn't give very much coverage so it's really more for mattifying purposes. Plus, did I tell you it comes with a hidden mirror and a super soft sponge? ^.^

UV Protector Leports Shaking Sunscreen SPF 50+/PA+++, SGD 54 |
Next up, we have this multi-purpose sunscreen which is suitable for both the face and the body. belif has done their research and found out that most ladies prefer to just purchase one multi-purpose sunscreen which can be used on both the face and the body. Which is why, they came up with this new UV Protector Leports Shaking Sunscreen SPF 50+/PA+++! In case you are wondering, 'Leports' is a short form for 'Leisure Sports' which makes this product great for girls who are doing leisure sports like yoga or a quick jog outdoors! The texture of this sunsceen is lightweight and it spreads out fine and colourless.
Can I just say this Body Bomba (SGD42) both sounds so cute and smells so terrific?
Comes with a zesty lemon scent that tingles my sense of smell, the Body Bomba is a great moisturiser to soothe irritated skin thanks to its comfrey leaf extract. When spread across the skin generously, it's really not just about full-blown citrusy smell. Hidden within you'll figure out a leafy smell that manages to complement the citrus smell. Overall, a great product to refresh up the mind while keeping the skin moisturised!
And here's also a bonus!
Since we're at the yoga page, belif's Delightful Leg Massage cooling gel comes in super handy to soothe my tired aching legs. As how the name suggests, the gel will give a cooling sensation after a while and smells like peppermint. I reckon this to be superb for those who often exercise and always end up with aching muscles. This cooling gel surely will help ease the pain with some cooling effect!
The two products missing from my media bag are the UV Protector Fresh Sunscreen SPF 50+/PA+++ and UV Protector Multi Sunscreen SPF 50+/PA+++. Ask me what's the difference, it's basically one acting also as a makeup base while the other helps to promote skin healing.
Presenting to you belif's new Sun Protection series!
